We aren't machines to be programmed...

This quote, by Professor Yong Zhao at the University of Kansas and Dr Jim Watterston of the Melbourne Graduate School of Education, was taken from a very interesting article in The Guardian newspaper this week . It discusses the ways in which education might evolve in a post digital, post lockdown world.

It's interesting to note how much of this possible new direction has in common with home education with it's focus on the importance of delight driven learning and creativity - which are things that a lot of home educators put towards the top of their "Reasons why I home educate" list. It's well worth a read!
